The UTC association Mycélium, in a partnership with Ceebios, the European centre of excellence in Biomimetics is pleased to invite you to attend the largest annual meeting that focuses on biomimetics, at the Biomim’expo, June 29-30, 2017 in the town of Senlis, Ordener from 09:00 am to 6:30 pm.

Biomimetics represents a real opportunity for the future and is a growing, high-potential, multi-sectorial niche, which finds itself at the heart of numerous corporate innovation-intensive strategies, given the societal aim today for energy saving, for less wastes, combing growth and biodiversity, working and communicating in more open, collegiate manners, ‘deformatting’ our way of thinking to innovate ‘openly’, inspired in this by 3.8 billion years of living matter R&D!  How does Nature envision tomorrow’s innovations and how does it provide solutions to today’s challenges?

To better understand the potential of biomimetics and its implications for your work, Mycélium, a UTC student association which is convinced of the positive contribution of biomimetics, has drafted a document that details a biomimetic project for each UTC specialty. Conclusion – here indeed lies a topic that is of interest to all-comers!
